Macaroni with spinach and roquefort sauce

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. In a saucepan put milk, cream and Roquefort cheese to make the sauce, stir so that the cheese melts. You can add more or less milk depending on the desired thickness.

In a frying pan sauté the spinach, add the macaroni and the Roquefort sauce. Add the raisins and chopped walnuts, to taste.

Serve and add a little grated mozzarella cheese.
