These pancakes can also be made with just apples or just bananas. Remove the skin from the apple and put it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes uncovered to roast it.

In a bowl add the baked apple, banana, egg and 25 grams of oat flakes or oat flour and blend.

Grease the pan with a little EVOO and pour the mixture to make the pancakes. In my case I made 7 pancakes but they are very small.

They come out super fluffy, you can decorate with fruit or chocolate. Delicious to take away your sweet cravings🤪.
