Mix in a bowl twice as much chickpea flour as water, in my case half a glass of flour with one glass of water and stir well.

Add a little vanilla essence and cinnamon (optional).

Grease a pan and make the crepes, decorate with the toppings that we like, in my case I have filled them with semi-frozen banana that looks like ice cream and is delicious, peanut butter, chocolate and hazelnuts on top.
