▪️Para prepare the cream: - Beat 2 dates, 125g mascarpone and 1 plain Greek yogurt. Reserve this mixture in the fridge. 🧈

▪️Montaje of the tiramisu: - Cut several pieces of the sponge cake depending on the container you are going to use. 🔪 - Soak the sponge cake pieces in coffee until well absorbed. ☕ - Serve in a small glass interspersing layers of sponge cake with the cream. - Refrigerate for a couple of hours, and before consuming, sprinkle a little pure cocoa on top. 🍫
