Wash and cut the peppers into strips.

Steam the peppers for 14 minutes. They should be tender but with a crunch inside. Remove them to a tupper.

Make the vinaigrette. Mix well the oil, vinegar, cumin and salt and pour over the peppers. Let cool and marinate for at least 30 min. The ideal is to prepare it a day in advance, the longer they are marinating, the better. And boogie, boogie!!!! Now you have them!
