📍MUFFINS : Put all the ingredients in the blender cup and grind . Grease the muffin pans, in this case I greased about 6 pans but this will depend on the filling you pour in each one. Pour the mixture into the molds. Grate the parmesan cheese on top or mozzarella if you like.

Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180º . Take them out and prick them with a toothpick, if it comes out dry, they are ready.

Serve with avocado mayonnaise or yogurt sauce. For the avocado mayonnaise : 1/2 avocado Olive oil 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons Salt Mash everything together and pour on top. Enjoy !
