Defrost the hake immersed in a bowl of water. Change the water every few minutes.

Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Sauté with a drizzle of olive oil and leave the pan until soft.

Once the hake and shrimp are thawed, put it in a pot/pan over medium heat, with a splash of oil to seal it a little, about 2 min. Then add the broth mixture with the crushed onion and garlic.
