Pasta and prawns in curry sauce 🍤

Before starting, we chop the garlic into slices, the onion into julienne strips and the zucchini into cubes. Put a saucepan with water, when it starts to boil, add the spaghetti and a pinch of salt, and cook for 7 to 9 minutes, depending on whether you want it al dente or cooked.

While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a frying pan over medium high heat and add the garlic, when it browns a little, add the onion and salt to taste. When the onion softens a little, add the zucchini. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes until it starts to soften.

Add the spices and the shrimps and mix well for 2-3 minutes. We can add water from cooking the pasta, to prevent the spices from burning.

Once the pasta is cooked, take it out and add it to the pan, mix well and let it cook for a couple of minutes so that the pasta absorbs the flavors. We can add a little of the pasta cooking water to make a little sauce.
