Soak the texturized soybeans for 10 minutes.

Sauté the onion and garlic

Once the soybeans are ready, add to the pan and sauté with the onion and garlic.

Wash canned lentils and add to the pan.

Sauté for 10 minutes over medium heat and then add the vegetable stock and spices. Let stand for another 10 minutes over high heat.

Add to a bowl and add two tablespoons of oat flour/wheat flour (to taste) and knead.

Then make small balls and roll them in a thin layer of breadcrumbs so that they do not stick together. Cook them as you like: in the oven, in the air-fryer or in a frying pan with a little oil.
