Oatmeal, banana and almond cream sponge cake in microwave oven

This recipe can be made either in a mold or in a cup or bowl. In my case, I made it in a small bowl and it makes two servings. Let's start: 1. We crush the banana in the bowl.

2. Add the egg and beat it.

3. Add the 3 tablespoons of oat flakes and the tablespoon or half sachet of baking powder.

4. Add 100% natural almond cream. You can also add some sweetener, such as date paste, although it may not be necessary because of the banana. You can also add chocolate pieces or the whole ounce in the middle (coulant type, although I have not tried it that way yet).

5. Chop some almonds to taste and add them to the mixture.

6. Stir everything and put in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes. It will depend on the microwave, the container and the quantity. I recommend putting it in for 2 minutes, check how it is inside by pricking it with a toothpick or knife and, if necessary, put it back in for a few more seconds, keeping an eye on it. If you spend too much time, it will be hard.

7. Remove the cake, wait about a minute and unmold, transfer to a plate or eat it in the bowl, as you wish. In my case, I served it with a little yogurt, half a banana (although you can also use strawberries or any other seasonal fruit that fits), grated chocolate on top, pieces of almonds and a little almond cream as a topping.
