The quantities of some ingredients are approximate. In a bowl add the wet ingredients, the three eggs, the oat milk, the oil and the date paste that you have previously prepared.

In another bowl add the dry ingredients, flour, baking powder and Matcha tea.

Stir both bowls separately and add the dry bowl to the wet bowl. continue stirring until a dark greenish mass is formed.

Pour the batter into the molds, which can be muffin or sponge cake molds.

These quantities are enough for 12 muffins and for a small cake.

Bake with heat up and down for 20-25 minutes at 170°.

Let it cool and enjoy! It is not a particularly sweet cake or muffins so if you like them sweeter add sweetener.
