Hake in green sauce

I used a hake tail, 3/4 onion, 1 small glass of white wine and 1/2 glass of water, a pinch of salt and parsley, garlic powder and a tablespoon of flour.

Chop the onion and fry it over medium heat with a little olive oil in a casserole until it becomes transparent. Once it is transparent, add a spoonful of flour and stir until a dough is formed.

Add to the small glass of white wine, a little garlic powder and chopped parsley, mix well. Add the mixture to the casserole, with the onion and flour, and turn up the heat so that the alcohol evaporates. Stir quickly to help the process.

When the alcohol evaporates, add half a glass of water. You can rectify if you see that the mixture is too thick. I have added half a glass of water.

Add a handful of peas (can be frozen or fresh) and let the mixture stand for a few minutes.

Add the fish pieces upside down (skin side up) and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Finally, turn them over and let them cook for another 3-4 minutes.
