First chop the chicken breasts and reserve them in a dish with salt and pepper.

In my case I am going to accompany the chicken with basmati rice, so if you want to do the same, start making the rice right now.

In a frying pan fry half a chopped onion and two chopped garlic cloves. When they are ready (the onion should be translucent) add the chopped chicken and turn it around so that it seals.

Once sealed, add two spoonfuls of fried tomato and integrate.

Now we add the spices. What I do is like giving two turns to the pan with each spice (two circles of cumin, two of hot paprika, two of ginger and two of turmeric) and I give twice as many turns to the curry, four circles. The truth is that I don't know if I'm explaining myself well like this, but just put twice as much curry as the other spices 😂.

Mix well, and finally add 125 grams of Alpro coconut yogurt.

We integrate and lower the heat to thicken the sauce, and after a few minutes Ready! 🎉
