Preheat the oven up and down to 180-200°. Cook the cauliflower and broccoli in the microwave for 5 minutes. In a frying pan brown the garlic, tomatoes and zucchini. When the cauliflower and broccoli are cooked, add to the pan and brown a little more.

Beat the two eggs with the egg whites and season to taste.

In a baking dish, mix the vegetables with the egg so that it is well distributed. Add mozzarella cheese on top

Bake in the oven until the pie is set and the mozzarella is golden brown.
