Cook the potato separately and keep.

Chop and sauté the onion with the garlic, season with salt and pepper and add the veal.

Add the chopped carrot with the crushed tomato and the spices (thyme and rosemary). Then add the wine and sauté for a few minutes until it evaporates.

Add the broth and peas, when it starts to boil cook for about 10 minutes and let stand.

Serve it with the boiled potatoes and some chopped parsley.
