Cut the chicken breast into strips. Season the chicken and set aside.

In a plate we beat an egg. In another we take 4-5 handfuls of cereals and crush them with our hands. They should be small but not waste.

Dip the chicken in the egg and then dip it in the cereal. Repeat until you have all the strips.

With the oven preheated to 180° we put the chicken in the oven and bake for 10 minutes with color up and down WITH AIR. And now we have a crispy chicken that is healthy, tasty and goes well with an infinity of sauces!
