First we make the guacamole. We chop the avocado and I mash it a little with a fork. Mix two teaspoons of finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomato and season with salt, cilantro and a squeeze of lime. Mix everything well and set aside.

I used frozen shrimp from Mercadona, but you can use the one you like best (fresh or frozen). Once thawed I give it a nadita in the pan with a few drops of oil. Add garlic powder, black pepper and parsley to taste.

After passing the shrimp through the frying pan, chop them a little. Set aside.

Now we are going to assemble our tartar, for this we will help ourselves with a ring.

In the first layer we put the guacamole followed by the shrimp. We finish with a spoonful of mayonnaise that we have previously mixed with a little hot paprika to give it a touch (to taste). Parsley on top and ready! I hope you like it! ❣️
