Chop and dice 2 leeks and a carrot. Poach in a frying pan with a dash of EVOO and salt.

Add the minced meat to the vegetables and sauté. Then add crushed tomato sauce and oregano. Leave over medium heat and stir from time to time.

In a pot cook the whole potatoes until they are soft. Remove, peel and mash with a fork. Add a tablespoon of butter, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Stir well until smooth.

In a bowl or mold put the mixture of vegetables and minced meat in the bottom, forming a layer. Then pour the mashed potato and spread it forming another layer.

Garnish with grated boiled egg or cheese. In this case I added grated egg since I had no cheese left. Gratinate for a few minutes in the airfryer or in the oven at 180 degrees. And ready to serve
