Grind the oatmeal until it looks like flour (if you use flakes) and add the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Then add the wet ingredients and mix everything with a spatula.

Let it stand for about 5 minutes, while we put the oven to preheat to 200°.

Once the dough has rested, transfer it to a vegetable paper, place another one on top and roll it out with a rolling pin.

When the dough is 5mm thick, remove the top paper and put it in the oven.

When it is golden brown, take it out, add the pizza topping you want, gratinamos.... And enjoy!
