Pork tenderloin sautéed with vegetables, tomato and cheese sauce

We cut the vegetables, season with salt and pepper and cook them. In my case I did them in the microwave in a steam case, except for the mushrooms.

Pour a dash of olive oil in a frying pan and a little garlic. When it is very hot, add the mushrooms to remove the water. When they are ready, remove them and add the sirloin steak cut into strips to the same pan.

When it is ready, add all the vegetables and stir. Add a few spoonfuls of Neapolitan or tomato sauce and mix well.

Optionally, we can add cheese. Personally I really like the touch it gives. Let it melt and remove.
