In a bowl, finely chop the onion. I put a quarter of onion, but it is to taste.

Remove the outer skin of the tomato and chop it finely in the same bowl as the onion.

As I like it spicy, I add two slices of jalapeños, but this step is optional, chop it very small.

Add the two whole avocados, as ripe as possible, a handful of parsley, salt, and a little lemon juice (correct later if necessary) to the bowl. I use lemon and parsley because I always have them at home, the original recipe is with lime and cilantro, although I like my nanera better.

We take a fork and we are crushing everything, in this way all the ingredients come together. Taste to add salt and lemon if necessary. Ready to enjoy!
