In a mincer put 3-4 cauliflower florets (according to size).

In a bowl, mix well with the egg whites.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and add thyme and garlic powder. You could also add seeds, turmeric, curry...whatever you can think of and like best.

Bake at 180°C for 10-15' to absorb the water.

Then, fry it in a frying pan to color it.

I accompanied them with a salad of avocado, tomato, red onion, salt and lemon.
