Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices of about 1 cm.

In a bowl/dish pour enough oil to turn all the peeled potatoes. Add salt, black pepper, parsley and onion powder to the oil.

In the baking dish, place the potatoes turned upside down in the mixture. Wait until they do not drip to put them in the container.

Meanwhile, we cut the peppers into strips.

We put the salmon fillets in the oven, and also with the brush we spread the remaining oil. And finally sprinkle dill over the oak and wait 12" until the salmon is done.
