Preparaci贸n de la receta

Step 1: wash and cut all the vegetables; bell pepper and onion in strips, potato and carrot in slices, cherry tomato in two.

Step 2: in a baking dish; first place the onion and the bell pepper. Place the carrots and potatoes on top.

Step 3: in a bowl, mix the spices: 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of parsley and 3 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped, together with about 20 ml of EVOO.

Step 4: with this mixture we soak the sea bream on all sides and put it on top of the vegetables. With the rest we mix it with the crushed tomato and a glass of water and we pour it on top of everything.

5 step: bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 40 minutes and it's ready. Enjoy with whole wheat bread 馃槉馃い馃構馃構馃構鉂わ笍馃嚥馃嚘
