Place the hazelnuts and dates (pitted) in a food processor and blend together until the hazelnuts release their oil and a homogeneous paste is formed.

Add the cocoa and beat again

Once the dough is ready, make small balls of the size you want (I made them small and I got 16 balls).

When the balls are ready, roll them in the grated coconut and let them rest in the refrigerator at least until the next day, so that they harden a little and are more delicious.
