Chop the onion and sauté. When it is golden brown add the mushrooms, the leftover pieces of zucchini that do not serve to make strips and the chopped chicken and season with salt and pepper.

Cut and crush the tomato and the red bell pepper. It can be sautéed before or raw. Season to taste and pour over a baking dish or tray. Reserve a part to pour on top.

Cut the zucchini with a potato peeler into thin slices.

Assemble the ravioli or cannelloni to taste.

Put them in the dish, cover with part of the sauce that we have saved, put the mozzarella and basil and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C depending on the oven. Keep an eye on them.
