First you make the onion, then you add the peppers. I put a small piece of green bell pepper that I had left over and another piece that I had yellow (leftovers).

Add the tofu in small pieces and let it all cook. I have added garlic powder because I forgot to add the garlic, normally I always cut two garlics into small pieces.

When everything is more or less ready, I add the bimi, which takes about 3-4 minutes at most, and then the sauce. Mixing soy sauce with the mustard and black pepper. It is exquisite.
