Put the vegetable drink in a bowl and add the cornstarch, vanilla, sweetener to taste (in my case date paste), and the teaspoon of cinnamon. ATTENTION: The original recipe uses gelatin, you should first hydrate it and add it at the end of everything, you can find it on the YouTube channel of @DeliciousMartha. I have used agar agar, so I have also included it in this step.

Mix everything well until there are no lumps. When we have our mixture we introduce it in the microwave for 1'30" at maximum power. Remove and stir (you can also do it in a saucepan on the stove).

Repeat this step up to 6 times, and add one more minute at the end. It is important to keep stirring it. It must have a thick texture.

Once we have our dough, we will assemble the cake in a container or mold. We put a layer of cookies as a base, on top a layer of filling and sprinkle cocoa powder. Repeat this process until we run out of filling.

Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, although it would be ideal to leave it overnight.

Finally unmold, sprinkle cocoa on top, decorate to taste, and ready to eat!
