The eggs can be fried or grilled with water. Put water in a frying pan (it must be non-stick) until it covers the bottom a little. Approximately the tip of a spoon. And put it to heat.

When the bottom is covered with bubbles, the water is ready to add the egg. You will see how it becomes whitish. And now it is time to find the cooking point you want. If you prefer, you can add the salt now (I don't use salt because of the strong flavor of the cecina).

Serve the eggs and let's go with the artichoke quarters. If they are not cut, it is better to do it so that it browns evenly and has more flavor. Place over high heat until slightly toasted and serve.

Finally, you can chop some jerky on top or toast it along with the artichoke just before removing it from the pan. And that's it.
