It is a very quick recipe to make so we start by turning on the oven at 180° up and down heat. Cut the blueberries in half or mash them. Set aside. Pit the dates and crush them. Set aside.

In a bowl beat the egg. Then add the oil, milk, dates and blueberries and beat.

Add to the previous mixture the flour and the yeast. Whisk.

Pour the mixture into molds and bake at 180° up and down heat for 20' or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before unmolding.
