⚠️EN CRUDO⚠️ cut some broccoli florets, wash and grate (I have not used all the ones in the image for 1️⃣ egg, to taste).

Add salt and spices to taste, add the egg and beat well (⚠️OPCIONAL: add a handful of grated cheese for more flavor).

Pour the mixture into a frying pan with EVOO and let it cook on both sides.

Turn off the heat and add the stuffing, fold in half and... and eat!
