Cut the breast into more or less equal, not very large cubes, so that they are cooked at the same time as the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.

Wash and cut the vegetables into pieces as evenly as possible.

On a pair of skewers, skewer the vegetables in the same order. Brush the skewers with a little oil.

Put a few drops of oil in a frying pan or griddle and cook the skewers until golden brown and cooked inside.

Suggestions: I like my vegetables very well done, in the skewers the center is usually more raw, so if you have time and prefer it, you can make the vegetables and grilled turkey separately and serve it as is or assemble it on skewers (especially for the little ones 😊). You can spice the turkey as you like, if you leave it for a while in the soy sauce you will give it a different touch to the typical skewers.
