Cut the tuna into very small and fine pieces and add it to a bowl with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, pepper and lemon juice. Cut the red onion very finely and add it to the bowl. Mix everything and let it macerate as long as possible (at least 1 hour for me).

After letting it macerate, cut the avocado and the gherkins and add them to the mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
