Microwave porridge with cocoa and strawberries

Put in a bowl: soft oat flakes, cinnamon, erythritol or sweetener to taste, pure cocoa and oat drink (can be done in the same amount with unsweetened almond drink) and mix.

Microwave for 3 minutes at 900w. When it has been 2 minutes we stop it and stir it well and leave it 1 minute more.

In the meantime, wash well and cut the strawberries.

When the porridge is ready, decorate it with strawberries, peanut butter and 20 grams of natural nuts, and enjoy!
