Bring water to boil. When it boils add salt, stir and add the pasta. Cook as indicated by the manufacturer and set aside.

Chop and clean onion, carrot, asparagus and mushrooms.

Sauté the onion, carrot and asparagus with a little salt. When they are almost ready add the mushrooms and spinach. When the spinach is almost ready add the shrimps. They will be done in a couple of minutes.

Add the milk, pepper and grated grana padano to the vegetables. If you want it to have more body you can add half a teaspoon of cornstarch.

Mix the pasta with the vegetables and integrate everything.

Serve and, if desired, top with more grated grana padano.
