Shiitake mushrooms with leek

Preparación de la receta

Wash the mushrooms well to remove all traces of soil and cut them into strips.

Clean the leek and cut it into thin slices.

Heat the frying pan with oil and add the mushrooms.

Stir the mushrooms until lightly browned and add the leek. Add a pinch of salt for seasoning, or if you want to give it an Asian touch, a dash of soy sauce.

When the leek has colored and you notice it is tender when stirring, remove the pan from the heat.

Serve and ready!

Tip: to balance the dish, I recommend accompanying it with some extra protein : tofu, soy, egg, hard parmesan cheese.... (the latter is my favorite)
