For the couscous: Bring to boil the same amount of water that we want to make couscous with a little oil and salt. When the water is boiling, remove the pot from the heat, add the couscous and stir. Let stand about 3 minutes.

For the toppings: Cut the onion and carrot into strips. Add a little oil in a paella pan and poach these two ingredients. Then add the tuna and stir (you can also add olives, gherkins, mushrooms, peas...).

Final dish: On a platter add couscous with toppings, stir and serve😋
