Melt the chocolate bar in a double boiler and pour it into silicone cupcake molds. While we do the rest of the recipe, let's leave this in the refrigerator.

In a blender mix half a can of coconut milk, half an avocado, three teaspoons of cocoa powder, a pinch of salt and date syrup to taste. If you find it too thick you can add a little vegetable drink.

Once the chocolate in the cups is hard, take them out of the refrigerator and unmold them. Once this is done, fill the cups with the chocolate mouse.

Store them in the refrigerator and that's it.
