Vanilla and chocolate cookies

Add 90g of oat flour (or crushed oat flakes), 4 tablespoons of date paste (crushed dates with a little water), 50ml of any type of milk, 1 tablespoon of EVOO and 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring.

Mix everything very well. Once mixed, the dough is wet and cannot be shaped at all, add 20g more oat flour and mix well.

Add the 50g of chocolate chips (I cut them from the chocolate bar) and mix them into the batter.

Prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil or baking paper and spread the dough into balls (I made them with the ice cream scoop).

Brush your hands with a little EVOO and take the balls of dough and make the shape of the cookies. If you want, add more chocolate chips on top.

Bake the cookies for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Let them rest for about 5 minutes and they are ready! I recommend if you want to take them and they are not hot, put them in the microwave for 10 seconds so that when eating them the chocolate melts.👩🏽🍳🍪
