Gnocchi with tomato and broccoli sauce

In a frying pan or saucepan put the oil and the crushed tomato. Fry for 10 minutes

Meanwhile, boil the broccoli florets in a pot with water for 4 minutes. Pour into the tomato pan. Use the water to boil the gnocchi for 2 minutes.

Add the garlic powder, onion powder and oregano to the tomato and broccoli sauce. When ready, add the gnocchi as well.

Let it cook for about 2 minutes and serve with the mozzarella on top cut into cubes. Enjoy!
