Chickpea, cod, prawns and spinach stew

Cut the leek into small pieces and cook it, along with a splash of water, 10 minutes in the microwave in a silicone container type "Ibili"/"Lekue".... My recommendation is to cook more leeks at once and freeze the leftovers. This way, next time or for another recipe, it is already done.

In a saucepan, boil the spinach with a little water. About 3-5 minutes are more than enough.

Remove the excess water (you can leave a little if you like the stew to be brothy).

Add the leek (previously cooked in the microwave), the cod, the shrimps and the tomato (all raw and cut into small cubes of the size you like) to the pan with the spinach already boiled and over medium/high heat.

Add salt and paprika to taste.

Stir for a few minutes so that all the ingredients are well mixed and nothing sticks.

Serve, wait for it to cool a little and enjoy!
