In a pot, add the rice and water. Double the amount of water and a little more than the amount of rice. And we put it to cook for about 11'.

Meanwhile, add in a frying pan the oil (covering the bottom only), and the sliced or chopped garlic cloves.

Let the garlic brown and add the two spoonfuls of sweet paprika. Mix quickly, remove from the heat and add it to the pot along with the rice.

Mix everything well in the pot. Add salt to taste. And let it finish cooking the rice.

Remove from the heat and let it stand for a couple of minutes with the lid on.
