While the hamburger is being made we will put lettuce, tomato on the bottom bun, and then we will put the hamburger, and on top a slice of cheese, as the water will already be boiling we will proceed to make the poached egg.

While the egg is being cooked we will cut into small pieces the onion and the pickle and we will put them on the top bun, once the egg is ready we will put it on top of the cheese and we will close the hamburger.
