Peel and cut the potatoes, salt the potatoes and add olive oil.

Oven baked at 190ºC for 35 minutes with up-down heat.

Heat salted water, add two bay leaves and when boiling add the octopus. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the garlic cloves. Add the cooked octopus and be careful that they jump.

In the center of the pan put half a small spoonful of hot paprika if you like it and a small spoonful of sweet paprika.

Stir and be careful not to burn the paprika, add the parsley. Add the potatoes from the oven.
