Orange salmon with yogurt!!!!

First we grill the salmon and set it aside. Then we make the onion. When it is ready we add the glass of orange juice. Then we put the salmon in the pan but not too long, just to get the flavor of the orange. We take it out again. Finally, add the yogurt to the onion and the juice. Add pepper and add the salmon. When all the ingredients are ready, I turned up the heat to high so that the sauce is heavy. I have to say that there is a lot of sauce, maybe with half a glass would have been enough but .... was incredibly good! Then the broccoli to accompany and ready!!!!! Enjoy!
