This is a kohlrabi, also called nabicol or kohlrabi. It is a cruciferous, from the cauliflower or broccoli family. It is a very interesting vegetable, but if you can't find it don't worry you can substitute it with a turnip. That said, let's start with the recipe 😊.

With the help of a peeler we are going to remove small noodles from our three vegetables: kohlrabi (or turnip), potato and carrot.

We combine the chicken with our cooked vegetables.
