Cut the potatoes into thin slices and season with olive oil, salt, garlic powder and parsley.

In a tray add a splash of AOVE and place the potatoes. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 170-180 degrees.

Season the salmon with garlic powder and Provencal herbs. We can use any spice we like.

After 40 minutes, remove the potatoes, place the salmon on top and return to the oven for 10-15 minutes.
