On the one hand, we put the pasta to stew with a little olive oil and a pinch of salt (optional).

While it is cooking, add the cashew nuts, basil, garlic, EVOO and a pinch of salt in a tall pot. Blend until you obtain a sauce/paste.

Remove the pasta and drain it. Serve it, add the pesto and cheese on top and eat it! Yum yum yum
