On the one hand, the day before or a few hours before, we leave the chicken breast seasoned with garlic, lemon, parsley, salt and pepper so that it gets the seasoning well. We put it on the griddle/skillet and once sealed, add a little white wine. We let the seasoning to toast a little bit and we scrape it with the palette so that it takes that color and gives it a very rich flavor.

On the other hand, in a large bowl add the potato, green bell pepper, onion and carrot cut to taste, I do the fine cut to make it better and easier.

Add AVOE + Provencal herbs to taste (I have added rosemary, oregano, basil) + salt + pepper + sweet paprika.

Cover with a plate and microwave at full power for about 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
