Preparación de la receta

Peel the potatoes, cut them into 3 pieces and boil them for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, add the cleaned and chopped cabbage and boil for another 15 minutes.

Strain the cabbage and potatoes and put them in a bowl. Now we have to "carve" the ingredients manually (not thermomix) with a spatula until a texture similar to puree, but more dense.

Laminate the garlic cloves, fry them in a pan with EVOO and remove them.

In the same frying pan and with the same oil, fry the bacon until it is very crispy.

Serving: Serve the trinxat on a plate and add the garlic, fried bacon and a little EVOO on top.
